As a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, runner, triathlete, and equestrian—and a proud mom of two boys—I’ve always turned to movement and nature as a way to recharge, reset, and reconnect. Exercise has long been my outlet for self-care, goal-setting, and mental clarity.
I'm also a Master Certified Health Coach, Stretch Therapy Practitioner, Nutrition Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. But above all, I'm someone who once felt stuck, overwhelmed, and like every day was just more of the same. I knew I needed change—and I made it happen.
Now, I help other people do the same.
