Empowering People to Find Balance, Energy, and Purpose

As a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, runner, triathlete, and equestrian—and a proud mom of two boys—I’ve always turned to movement and nature as a way to recharge, reset, and reconnect. Exercise has long been my outlet for self-care, goal-setting, and mental clarity.

I'm also a Master Certified Health Coach, Stretch Therapy Practitioner,  Nutrition Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. But above all, I'm someone who once felt stuck, overwhelmed, and like every day was just more of the same. I knew I needed change—and I made it happen.

Now, I help other people do the same.

True wellness isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, relational, and spiritual. While we might work on improving energy, endurance, confidence, or cardiovascular health, our real focus is helping you create a life that feels good to live in.

Through open-ended conversations and guided reflection, I create a safe space for:

  • Self-discovery and clarity

  • Decision-making and goal setting

  • Lasting habit change

My coaching is not talk therapy, but it's therapeutic. We don’t delve deep into trauma, but we do gently uncover what’s holding you back—and what’s possible when you let it go.

I became a personal trainer to give my clients more than workouts—I offer accountability, encouragement, education, and maybe a little kick in the pants when needed.
