I have been an outdoor enthusiast, runner, triathlete, and equestrian my whole life. I am also a mother of two boys, Master Certified Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, Nutrition Coach and Fitness Trainer. Exercise has always provided me an outlet to recharge from the stresses of life, reset my mindset, create goals, and most of all; provide time for self-care.

Health, Nutrition and Wellness Coaching

I was once overworked, going through life as groundhog day and needed change. It took some time, but I built up a foundation of solid self-awareness that lead me here to help other women. I never looked back! 
I work with women who want to find peace and take back their power. We work together improving diet, finding time for and creating exercise routines, creating boundaries, and assessing where energy is spent. The outcome is a woman who stands taller and has clear sense of direction and identity.

My passion is to help my clients discover a path to balance in their lives, have a greater sense of wellbeing and peace, and create a positive and fulfilling environment around them. Wellness is spiritual, relational, physical and emotional health, not just about lower numbers on the scale and building biceps. I encourage and facilitate self-reflection, decision making, and assist with creating life changes. A client may want to: increase energy, better endurance, better task management and focus, have more confidence, stop feeling like each day is the same 'ol thing, change eating habits, increase cardiovascular health, or better mobility. Coaching is conducted through open-ended questions leading to discovery. I provide a safe space to self-reflect about what is holding you back. You will leave each session knowing yourself better and feeling empowered. I want everyone to be the best version of themselves. Nutrition and wellness coaching is similar to therapy, but we don't go deep into or address emotional and mental traumas.
 
Personal Training
I decided to pursue my personal training certification so I can provide my clients guidance, accountability, zest for life, and knowledge about the many benefits of fitness. My focus is not just about losing weight, improving mobility, and gaining muscle, but also about helping people create new habits that will last well beyond my time with them.

I am here for guidance, education, and accountability. I will hold your
hand, give you a tissue if you need it, and maybe kick your ass once
in a while too with some honesty and a demand to sweat a few more minutes!
